The location of the hotel is fantastic just off 5th Avenue and very close to Times Square. The breakfast bag which included a croissant fruit juice and piece of fruit delivered to the room each morning and the option of coffee and tea available in the lobby was very convenient. The room was very clean and well equiped and the bed was very comfortable. I would definately stay here again.

The location of this hotel is just perfect if you want to get around and see the city. It was also great for being so close to amazing restaurants and shopping. The complimentary breakfast was spot on for a small snack before hitting the road to explore!

Great location, compact but well designed room (I had a king size bed. I peeked inside a double bed room and it looked cramped), good toiletries, clean room, sheets and towels, friendly staff at front desk and room maintenance. Good coffee machine in the room. The lobby turns into a hang out spot for guests making the stay a cozy experience.

The location was excellent, being 5-10 minutes from the Rockefeller Center, Radio City Music Hall, and Time Square. Subway access was close by for longer commutes. The staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were small, clean and comfortable. A room with two double beds would be perfect for two persons. We had three adults in the room and knew prior to arrival that we would be a little crowded, but we decided that for the price and location, we could make it work and we did! Afterall, as tourists, we only needed a clean comfortable place to sleep and prepare for the next day!

The staff were friendly and my room was very clean. It looked newly renovated. Even though it is located in busy midtown, my room was quiet and there was a light blocking shade to keep it dark at night. The location is great if you want to do the usual things in the city. I was in town visiting family in the New York Presbyterian hospital and it was an easy subway ride uptown. It's a few blocks from Grand Central Station as well as Times Square, so it's very accessible for the subway. Overall, this was a clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay for the price.

Fifth or sixth time staying with them and for us, since 2019, it is always the best option: the location is excellent, a couple of blocks away from the bus stop and subway station, walking distance to Times Square. Additionally, the staff is always very friendly, and collaborative with any request or help you need. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, I think they are quite good and spacious, for being in the center of NYC and for the price you pay + it has breakfast included, which although it is only continental, it is comfortable and convenient to have it already in the hotel, before starting your day. They can even store your luggage for you on the day of arrival or departure, we love that part too!
